St Neots Sharks Roller Hockey, Family Friendly Session

St Neots Sharks is proud to be a grassroots roller hockey session providing an opportunity to players of all ages and abilities to get involved in the sport. 

Our sessions provide players with the chance to participate in both training and games. These sessions offer a great opportunity to get involved in a fun and rewarding activity that encourages physical exercise in a positive environment. Players will have the chance to develop skills such as balance, coordination, strength and agility.

In order to ensure each player gets the most out of each session we have divided the session into three distinct groups according to playing ability. These groups are the Pups, Tiger Sharks and Great Whites. 

In order to help the Pups grow and develop within our sport we have designed a unique progression plan with the aim of progressing them through our system to one day become a Great White. This gives players and volunteers a framework to work within that puts the players first and tailors the training to their needs. We want to ensure each player is developing their technical and non-technical skills. 

For those that are just starting their journey both on skates and in our sport we have in place our very own Learn To Play Programme.
